John Healey’s 1948 Ford Page

Bob, I’ve been looking at your site for several years and thought I'd send a picture of my 48 Ford Coupe.

The car came to Litchfield, Maine from the town of Kingfisher, Oklahoma back in 2002. I did a complete frame-off build of the car . I installed a Fatman Mustang II front end with 11-inch Granada rotors, GM calipers, and power steering. The rear end is a Granada 8-inch with 3:55 gears. The coupe is powered by a mild GM 350 small block coupled to a 700R4 transmission.

I put the car on the road  a year ago and have had too much fun driving it to do much to it. It needs new bumpers and paint. It is now in DP90 but will be getting a paint job this Fall. The color will be dark blue. Its a work in progress.
